Overview
Not For Prof.it was born from The Software Tailors' social responsibility.
It is a web application that allows nonprofit organizations to manage contacts, children, sponsorships, projects, as well as to keep track of all the payments received from contacts, related to either a project or a sponsorship.
It was designed and developed by The Software Tailors, and therefore it was conceived since its inception to be completely customizable in order to suit each organization's unique needs like a comfortable, elegant, and extremely functional garment.
The application is available as software as a service based on a subscription.
Software as a service comes with numerous benefits:
- The customer does not have to purchase any server or other kind of hardware
- The customer does not have to purchase any software license
- The customer does not have so sustain the costs related to the initial setup and configuration of the application
- The customer immediately benefits from updates as soon as they are released
- The customer can access the application from any device that is connected to the Internet

Dashboard
The main page of Not For Prof.it includes a dashboard employing data visualization to provide the following information at a glance:
- The income by source: projects and sponsorships
- The income by project
- The income originated from projects and sponsorships over time
- The forecast income that will originate from sponsorships in the future
- The sponsorships' payment deadlines
Contacts and messages
Not For Prof.it allows to manage the organization's contacts, constituting its funding source, and send messages to them via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Children and sponsorships
Not For Prof.it allows to manage the children and the sponsorships that the organization administers.
Sponsorships involve, on the one hand, a contact and, on the other hand, the children being sponsored by the contact.
For each sponsorship, it is possible to indicate the amount that the contact commits to donate every year as well as the number of payments per year.
Based on the number of payments per year, the application allows to forecast the income that will originate from sponsorships in the future.
Projects
Not For Prof.it allows to manage projects, such as fundraisers, which the organization administers.
Payments
The application allows to keep track of all the payments received from contacts, related to either a project or a sponsorship.
Data management
Not For Prof.it organizes data related to contacts, children, sponsorships, projects, and payments in grid views for a streamlined user interface and user experience.
The grid views allow to easily filter, group, sort, and export data to Microsoft Excel.
